Unesco World Heritage Sites and find a little peace along the way. Today we're traveling to Peru, where we'll explore the ancient Incan city of Machu Picchu, a magical place high in the Andes Mountains, filled with stone pathways, quiet terraces and breathtaking views. Machu Picchu is one of the most mysterious places in the world. Built over 500 years ago by the Inca civilization, this city sits high on a mountain, surrounded by green valleys and misty clouds. The stone walls, temples and stairways were carefully designed to blend with nature, and today people visit from all over the world to admire its beauty and history. So take a deep breath and relax, and let's step into the wonders of Machu Picchu together.
Speaker 2:Welcome adventurers. Are you ready to step into the clouds and explore an ancient city built high in the mountains? Machu Picchu is full of stone pathways, hidden temples and breathtaking views of the Andes Mountains stretching into the sky. Let's find a comfy spot to sit or lie down and wiggle your toes like the little stones on the mountain trail, stretch your arms like the soaring peaks and gently close your eyes. Let's take a deep breath in and a soft breath out as we begin our journey. Before we begin our adventure, let's breathe like the fresh air in the Andes Mountains. Breathe in deeply, like the mist rising through the valley. Now breathe out soft and slow, like the clouds drifting past the mountain peaks. Slow like the clouds drifting past the mountain peaks. Let's do that again. Breathe in, feeling the crisp mountain air fill your lungs and breathe out letting go of any worries. Feel yourself becoming white and calm. No-transcript. Slowly, imagine yourself standing at the gateway to Machu Picchu, where ancient stone pathways lead into a hidden city high in the clouds. Towering green mountains embrace you on all sides, their peaks disappearing into the soft, swirling mist. Their peaks disappearing into the soft, swirling mist Beneath your feet. Smooth stone pathways worn by time weave through the ancient temples and open terraces where llamas wander lazily nibbling on the green grass. The air is crisp and carries the scent of earth and mountain breeze. The whole city feels hushed and sacred, like a secret world patiently waiting for you to discover its hidden stories. As you walk deeper into Machu Picchu, you see the Temple of the Sun, a curved stone building where the Inca once watched the stars. The stones fit perfectly together, as if they were made just for this place. Stepping carefully, you climb wide stone steps leading to a high lookout. From here you can see the entire valley below, stretching as far as your eyes can see. Listen closely. Can you hear the whisper of the wind moving through the ruins, reminding you that this place has stood strong for hundreds of years? Machu Picchu is a guardian of history, a place where wisdom, peace and wonder have lived for centuries, waiting to be felt by those who listen.
Speaker 2:Take a deep breath in and, as you exhale, imagine yourself melting into the mountains, drifting with the clouds and embracing the quiet strength of Machu Picchu. Your breath flows like the mist weaving through the valleys. Your heart beats in harmony with the ancient stones beneath your feet. Your body feels steady yet weightless, like the towering peaks touching the sky. You carry wisdom as peaks touching the sky. You carry wisdom as deep as the past. You hold strength as steady as the stone pathways and you shine with wonder, just like the hidden city among the clouds.
Speaker 2:So now it's time to say goodbye to Machu Picchu. Take one last look at the ancient stone walls, the gentle llamas and the soaring mountains all around you. With each step back, feel the strength of this place staying with you like a quiet energy inside your heart. Now take one final deep breath in and slowly exhale, letting the peace of the mountains settle inside you. Gently wiggle your fingers like soft leaves rustling in the highland breeze. Wiggle your fingers like soft leaves rustling in the highland breeze. Stretch your arms wide like the vast valleys, embracing the ancient city, and, when you're ready, open your eyes, carrying this stillness with you. You did it. You journeyed through Machu Picchu with your imagination. You did it. You journeyed through Machu Picchu with your imagination. And the best part, this hidden world is always within you. Just close your eyes.
